Description of the flag

The flag of the Communist Party was red with a yellow outlined star in which there was the sickle and hammer, underneath the text SKJ (Savez Komunista Jugoslavije) in the canton, and next to it the motto "workers of all countries, unite!".

There were at least five versions of this flag, according to languages and scripts used (Latin like in the image above, Cyrillic, Slovene, Macedonian, Albanian and Hungarian), I guess there were more but I have never seen them.

Croatian version

Slovenian version

If my memory is good the Slovenian version of the flag was the same as the Croatian version, but with inscription in Slovenian language: "ZKS (Zveza komunistov Slovenije)" and "Proletarci vseh dezel, zdruzite se!"
